Job Responsibilities:
Order entry order processing contacting resellers for verifications
Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
Respond to inquiries from partners customers and internal teams regarding quotes pricing and product details.
Maintain updated records of quotes follow-ups and customer communications.
Overriding of PO prices and vendor prices
Were looking for someone with:
College graduate of any course; if High School Diploma should have at least 2 years functional experience.
Must have at least 2 years of Order Management and Quotation experience
BPO experience in any LOB are also welcome to apply
Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage
Good English communication skills
Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup pivot etc)
Willing to work on day shift (AU/NZ time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
