Position: Client Account Associate: Accounting VA (Quickbooks)

Overview:

Basic Qualification:

• Strong organizational analytical and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).

• Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Strong problem-solving mindset.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
• Handle invoicing billing payment tracking and expense monitoring.

• Perform data entry and account reconciliation.

• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries.

• Assist clients with administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all entries and financial updates.

• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding financial concerns.

• Handle all financial data with integrity and confidentiality.

Who You Are:

• Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge are welcome.
• Education: Bachelor or Vocational course
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Experience in QuickBooks is required.
• BPO or Virtual Assistant experience (6 months to 1 year) is an advantage.
• Trustworthy reliable and able to work onsite on night shift.
