As a Scrum Master you will work closely with product and technology teams to drive the execution of Wealth Passport initiatives and deliver business value to our clients. You will be working with diverse global talent as part of this program.
Expertise in large scale application transformation
Agile experience managing several feature teams and shared services
Change mindset frameworks and practices needed for delivering digital experience and capabilities for Wealth Management
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from Product Design and IT
Experience with facilitating agile ceremonies managing a backlog/release plan tracking team level metrics removing blockers
Experience working with global delivery teams
Experience in collaboration and productivity tools like JIRA Azure Boards Confluence Office 365 Miro
WHAT YOULL DO:
Interact with product & technology teams to deliver business value to our clients
Provides leadership support to staff related to agile development
Contributes to an open culture that enables employees development through direct but kind feedback promotes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of curiosity and optimism
Lead implementation teams to ensure quality completeness and timeliness of solution delivery.
Lead cross-functional and technical agile teams to deliver client experience stable platform automation led CI/D and empower innovation
Serve as first-line of escalation for the scrum teams
Promote self-managing teams
Foster the culture of learning to nurture a learning organization
Promote a one-team culture accountable for quality
Coach teams to go above and beyond their expectations to develop creative and innovative solutions (rather than accepting the constraints)
Change agent for enabling culture of psychological safety where team members are respected and encouraged to think speak and act bravely to promote continuous improvement.
Provide thought partnership in establishing and tracking metrics to improve applications stability and availability as well as sustain and improve cost efficiencies and productivity gains
Experience:
A College or University degree and relevant proven 12 work experience of Agile practical usage in the role of Scrum Master is required.
Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (JIRA Rally/CA Agile Central VersionOne etc.) preferred.
Certified Scrum Professional and/or certified Scrum Master preferred.
