Apprenticeship Provision Administrator
Job Summary
Provide Information advice and guidance to employers parents and prospective apprentices liaising with business engagement personnel on prospective apprenticeship recruitment and support with recruitment events co-ordinating the schedule of events that complete the enrolment process for apprentices co-ordinating and supporting events and administration that support apprentice programme completion ensuring that all required information and guidance documents are kept up to date including College website course information.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
The following is an indication of the type and level of the main priorities expected of this role as directed by your line manager and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties or tasks:
- Respond to telephone enquiries and emails into the apprenticeship team ensuring that timely and appropriate advice and guidance is given to both existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain a record of enquiries concerns or complaints and provide reports for the apprenticeship management team as and when required both ad hoc and scheduled reports.
- Provide initial advice and guidance to prospective employers and apprentices on apprenticeship funding and fees and the enrolment process.
- Create maintain and distribute course content descriptors for each apprenticeship standard offered including providing information for the College website.
- Create complete and distribute data capture documentation to support apprenticeship recruitment applications and enrolments.
- Co-ordinate schedule of events for the completion of enrolment skills scans and assessments.
- Generate and distribute the twice-yearly employer satisfaction survey collating information and distributing to managers.
- Support managers with the distribution of correspondence to employers and apprentices as required throughout the programme including the generation and distribution of the quarterly newsletter to employers.
- Contribute to team meetings department performance reviews and department assessment & audit process.
- Support Managers with the co-ordination of events and administrative processes to support apprentices programme delivery and completion including but not limited to workshops support sessions gateway processes graduation events.
