As a Corporate Manager HR Programs for PCL Constructors Edmonton Alberta (Corporate) you will lead and develop a high-performing team while shaping enterprise culture and experience through impactful and scalable HR programs. Youll bring strong leadership and insight to the design and evolution of talent management employee experience and organizational programs. Youll work closely with HR and business partners to translate business needs into practical solutions and modernize the employee and manager experience today and into the future.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design delivery and on-going evolution of highimpact HR programs that strengthen engagement performance inclusion and employee experience.
- Translate business and workforce needs into modern scalable programs that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with HRPD leaders subjectmatter experts and senior stakeholders to design and implement complex companywide initiatives.
- Drive change management communications and enablement to support successful implementation and sustained use.
- Modernize HR programs through technology solutions automation and emerging AI to create intuitive and efficient experiences.
- Use data insights and external trends to continuously assess evolve and improve program effectiveness.
- Apply strong analytical capability to identify trends and insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years progressive human resources experience including leading talent management and organizational development initiatives.
- 5 years of people leadership experience with a strong ability to coach guide and develop teams.
- 3-5 years of experience leading in a large multi-national organization preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Strong program and project leadership skills including change management and stakeholder influence.
- Demonstrated success leading largescale HR programs and initiatives from concept to delivery with a continuouslearning mindset and strong awareness of evolving trends technologies and innovations in the HR space.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
- Experience working with HR metrics dashboards reporting tools and/or talent analytics to support business insights.
