• 学历与专业本科统计学经济学计算机工业工程生产制造物流管理等理工科或量化相关专业优先
• 关键特质愿意贴近生产制造现场能在一线场景中学习与理解业务学习能力强做事踏实细致有耐心
• 核心能力具备数据分析思维与能力能从生产/业务现场数据中发现问题提炼结论熟练掌握办公软件如ExcelPower Bi Power Apps等数据分析工具者优先
• 有生产制造运营相关经验了解生产制造现场流程业务逻辑
• 语言能力英语读写能力良好能熟练阅读英文资料并进行基本沟通

工作职责

• 深入生产现场收集整理优化一线业务流程持续改善与生产数据确保数据准确完整
• 基于现场流程问题进行数据开展分析输出可视化报告与业务洞察为生产效率质量控制等提供数据支持
• 协助撰写项目文档技术文档与业务分析报告推动数据结论落地执行
• 跨部门沟通与支持团队进行数据驱动的业务决策结合现场实际提供专业分析建议与优化方案
• 上级主管安排的其他工作任务和 团队其他工作支持
