工作职责**

* 操作和监控生产设备确保生产过程顺利进行
* 根据操作规程组装加工或包装产品
* 执行产品质量检查识别并报告不合格产品
* 遵守所有安全规章制度维护工作区域的整洁和安全
* 协助进行设备日常维护和故障排除
* 准确记录生产数据和报告
* 与其他团队成员有效协作以实现生产目标

任职资格**

* 高中或同等学历
* 具备制造或生产环境下的工作经验者优先
* 具备基本的机械操作或工具使用能力
* 能够理解并遵循书面和口头指令
* 注重细节具备良好的问题解决能力
* 身体健康能够长时间站立搬运重物在合理范围内并适应倒班工作
* 具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力
