Supervisor Production

Duties and Responsibilities
supporting and providing guidance to production staff;
1.激励支持和指导生产人员
regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production;
2.定期与上级管理层就影响生产的问题进行沟通
productivity goals for each individual team to meet financial targets/goals;
3.为每个团队设定生产力目标以达到财务定要求的目标
workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety and quality;
4.制定工作流程政策和程序在不影响安全和质量的情况下提高效率
a balance between increase productivity and reduces costs of manufacturing operation;
5.评估及平衡提高生产效率和降低制造成本
all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free;
6.达到所有EHS标准以确保零工伤事故

Qualifications :

Job Requirement
degree in business management industrial engineering or mechanical engineering would be advantageous;
1.本科或以上学历企业管理工业工程或机械工程学位者优先
3 years of years of experience working manufacturing
Relevant experience PIM decoration or Surface Treatment experience is preferred ;
2.至少3年以上制造业工作经验
organizational and tome management skills;
3.优秀的组织管理能力
to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
4.能够快速高效地解决问题
verbal and written communication skills. Good English skills in reading & writing is necessary.
5.优秀的口头和书面沟通能力具有良好的英语读写能力
