Overview

We are seeking a toptier Fleet Managerwith deep experience in Stellantis brands (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram)to lead and scale a highvolume highmargin fleet operation. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow all fleet and commercial vehicle sales for Stellantis brands

  • Develop and manage relationships with:

      • Corporate fleets
      • Government & municipal buyers
      • Construction logistics utilities and national accounts
  • Negotiate high-volume contracts while maximizing gross and backend
  • Manage OEM programs incentives upfits and delivery logistics

  • Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with management and manufacturers

  • Build mentor and lead fleet sales staff as volume increases

  • Represent the dealership professionally with high-level decision-makers

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of successful fleet sales management experience

  • Direct experience with Stellantis brands is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated history of six- or seven-figure fleet sales volumes

  • Proven ability to manage complex high-value contracts

  • Strong OEM program knowledge and compliance expertise

  • Exceptional negotiation communication and leadership skills

  • Self-motivated data-driven and highly organized

  • Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record required

  • Understands & follows posted dealership policies & procedures

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 year college degree in business or related field (preferred)
