We are seeking a toptier Fleet Managerwith deep experience in Stellantis brands (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram)to lead and scale a highvolume highmargin fleet operation. Key Responsibilities
Own and grow all fleet and commercial vehicle sales for Stellantis brands
Develop and manage relationships with:
- Corporate fleets
- Government & municipal buyers
- Construction logistics utilities and national accounts
- Negotiate high-volume contracts while maximizing gross and backend
Manage OEM programs incentives upfits and delivery logistics
Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with management and manufacturers
Build mentor and lead fleet sales staff as volume increases
Represent the dealership professionally with high-level decision-makers

Required Qualifications
5 years of successful fleet sales management experience
Direct experience with Stellantis brands is strongly preferred
Demonstrated history of six- or seven-figure fleet sales volumes
Proven ability to manage complex high-value contracts
Strong OEM program knowledge and compliance expertise
Exceptional negotiation communication and leadership skills
Self-motivated data-driven and highly organized
Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record required
Understands & follows posted dealership policies & procedures
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 year college degree in business or related field (preferred)
