Youll sit at the center of growth strategy turning ambiguous questions into clear actionable insights that directly influence how we acquire activate and retain customers. This role has real impact: your work will help shape decisions and youll see your analysis show up in shipped experiments and measurable results.

What youll do:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that surface performance trends cohort behavior and leading indicators

• Own analysis across the full growth funnel (acquisition activation conversion retention upsell) identifying the biggest opportunities to drive impact

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to design measure and interpret experiments

• Develop clear narratives from dataconnecting whats happening to why its happening and what we should do next

• Analyze channel performance messaging tests and audience segments to improve efficiency and conversion rates

What will you need to have

• Strong experience analyzing growth or marketing data in a fast-paced experimentation-driven environment

• Deep proficiency in SQL/Python and comfort working directly with raw data (data warehouse event-level data)

• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results (A/B tests cohort analysis funnel analysis)

• Strong data presentation skills - ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations

Extra great if you have:

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve funnels

• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude GA4 Looker Hex Tableau

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $100000 $120000 per year in New York California Washington Colorado and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors including a candidates work location qualifications experience and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis total compensation and competitive benefits package which may include 401(k) unlimited time off learning and development opportunities and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses stock options commuter benefits based on location or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
