Rate Confirmation: $30 36/hr. on W2 OR $42/hr. on C2C (Though its C2C role on W2 candidates are acceptable) - Salary: $90K

Location: Reston VA (Within the radius of 60-80 miles)
Work Mode
First few weeks: Expect 1 2 days onsite each week.

After that: Mostly flexible/remote but mandatory onsite attendance for:

• Sprint Planning (every 2 weeks)
• PI Planning (every 6 weeks)

Duration: 12 Months
Interview Mode: 1-2 video then 1 F2F interview in Reston

Must Have:

• Current Health Insurance Customer Experience OR Healthcare Payer Solution
• ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Implementation experience

Seeking a Agile Business Analyst with ServiceNow CSM implementation experience!

The Agile Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams ensuring that evolving business needs are continuously understood prioritized and translated into actionable user stories and product features.

This role is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies refining backlogs and driving iterative delivery of value through close collaboration with Product Owners Scrum Masters developers and QA teams. The incumbent ensures that business objectives are met by enabling adaptive planning early delivery and continuous improvement.

The selected candidate must be comfortable writing Jira user stories for large agile teams (10 members). Expert level knowledge with Jira is required.

• 4 years as an Agile Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow CSM implementation. Ability to understand customers business requirements and translate that into ServiceNow feature stories. Ability to drive implementation with Plans and conduct demos with the customers and leadership team.
• Education Level: Bachelors Degree - In lieu of a Bachelors degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• Experience with interacting with large scrum teams.
• Agile experience - Proven ability to deliver high-quality Agile artifacts and contribute to cost-effective value-driven solutions. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and business analysis core competencies.
• Hands-on experience with creating 10-15 user stories per week in JIRA (SME level knowledge of Jira is required).
• Exceptional communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Health insurance/payor industry experience.

• Experience within a UI related product and basic knowledge of Webservices/RestAPIs.
• Cloud/DevOps project experience.
• SAFe/Agile related certifications.
