Job Summary
Position Title: Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Torrance CA 90503.
Duration: 6 months with high possibilities of extension
Must have skills:
Requirement elicitation Business process analysis Critical thinking and excellent communication skills Documentation (scope requirement traceability test case creation test result verification etc.) Stakeholder management
Each must have skill requires 7 years of experience.
The required education for this position is a bachelors degree.
The nice to have skills are: Automotive industry knowledge Data analysis and visualization Basic SQL and program analysis skills
Job description:
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Assess current processes and suggest optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Maintain and manage detailed documentation including business processes workflows and project deliverables.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables.
Identify challenges anticipate risks and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them.
Partner with IT teams to implement and test business solutions ensuring proper functionality.
