The role partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements ensures timely and cost-effective closure of positions and builds strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. It also focuses on enhancing candidate experience strengthening employer branding leveraging data-driven recruitment practices and continuously improving hiring processes to support ABHIs growth and talent agenda.
