Your role
The Project Coordinator provides essential support to ensure the successful execution of projects executed by the Operations this role you will be a key collaborator in the PMO team supporting Project Managers internal stakeholders in coordinating project activities documentation and overall project facilitation.
What youll need
2 years of experience supporting projects
- Basic financial understanding including assisting in budget setting monitoring and forecasting
- Proficiency in the use of MS Productivity tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in the use of is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of Data Centre environment is an advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers and sub regional team to prepare and manage project schedules documentation status and reports across the local portfolio
- Utilize available systems and technologies to maximize project management efficiency
- Complete additional activities as assigned by management
- Report identified issues and risks to the Program Manager and assist in mitigation preparation
- Maintain project documents and ensure they are up to date and available for audit purposes
- Report project lessons learned to contribute to future implementations and drive continuous improvement
