To support this journey we are seeking aGBS Global Transition Lead who will lead top-tier process transitions that align with ongoing transformation initiatives in ourBucharest delivery center. The GBS Global Transition Lead will ensure all transitions support organizational goals and are completed on schedule maintaining high quality within the GBS operating model. They will oversee various transitions in areas such as Supply Chain Finance and Supplier Operations applying proven methodologies standards and industry best practices.
Your tasks in detail:
- Execute transitions on every step (solution identification knowledge transfer ramp-up hyper care and handover to operations);
- Monitor transition performance proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies;
- Follow governance structures reporting standards and performance metrics for all transitions;
- Contribute to the successful execution of complex transitions and transformation projects including ERP implementations and demergers;
- Ensure the quality meets the agreed budget and timelines.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing end-to-end transitions;
- Proven track record managing various transitions within GBS SSC BPO GCC;
- Experience with transformation programs including ERP implementations and carve-outs/demergers (is a plus);
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- High level of ownership and quality standard with day-to-day operations;
- Understanding of PMO governance portfolio management and change management principles;
- Experience working inGBS / Shared Services / COEmodels with global stakeholders.
