Nextlink is seeking The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Operations Lead will support the EA function by owning operational data and governance activities. This role ensures alignment and coordination across internal teams managed service providers (MSPs) and AI-augmented delivery driving the transition towards the target IT operating model.
Skills
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
TOGAF Certification (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Background in IT architecture or data environments.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Comfortable with governance processes and structured workflows.
Knowledge of ARCHIMATE and ITIL4 (advantage).
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) is desirable.
Requirements
Architecture Demand & Governance
Manage architecture demand and coordinate governance workflows.
Prepare governance materials in collaboration with project teams.
Ensure consistency and quality of architecture inputs across governance forums.
EA Data Reporting & Insights
Own EA data reporting and insight enablement.
Maintain and enhance EA data products (capabilities applications etc.).
Support Power BI reporting and decision-support artifacts.
Capability & Maturity Management
Support capability assessments and maturity tracking.
Coordinate input from business and IT stakeholders.
Ensure consistency and quality of capability data.
Tooling & Integration Enablement
Support EA tooling (e.g. ADOIT) and integrations (CMDB data platform etc.).
Improve usability and adoption of EA datasets and tools.
Collaborate with data and integration teams for alignment.
Cross-Team Alignment
Act as an alignment layer across internal teams MSPs and governance bodies.
Ensure consistency of architectural artifacts and decisions.
Promote standardized architecture practices across the organization.
Key Outcomes
Increased strategic capacity of Enterprise Architecture.
Improved alignment across internal external and AI-driven delivery.
More efficient and effective governance processes.
