Administrative Assistant - Early Careers Program
In this role a typical day will include:
- support in coordinating internal meetings
- monitoring event schedules
- support in organizing conferences and marketing meetings
- active cooperation with the sales department in the field of organization of meetings (back office)
- drafting basic documents
- support in internal processes (document circulation invoices contracts)
- other administrative work (scanning printing sending parcels)
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Students status;
- Very good English
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment;
- Focus on details
- Proficiency in computer use
- knowledge of systems and applications from the Microsoft family
- timeliness and commitment to the tasks entrusted to them
- responsibility and meticulousness
