As anIntern - Customer Supply Operations you will supportorder transaction centeractivities and work alongside experienced professionals to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order management processes.

Available Teams/Functions

As part of theCustomerSupplyTeam you will supportorder transaction centerprocesses and collaborate with colleagues across Supply Chain Logistics Finance and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the processing and validation of customer orders in business systems.

• Assistwith order management activities from order receipt through delivery and invoicing.

• Monitor incoming customer requests and ensure they are routed to theappropriate teammembers.

• Support the resolution of customer inquiries related to orders deliveries pricing and product availability.

• Cooperate with internal stakeholders including Customer Service Supply Planning Logistics Finance and Commercial teams.

• Maintainaccuratecustomer and transactional data.

• Assistwith reporting and administrative activities related to customer orders.

• Support continuous improvement automation and digitalization initiatives within the Customer Service area.

• Execute activitiesin accordance withinternal procedures and compliance requirements.

About You

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics Economics Finance or a related field.

• You are interested in developing a career in Customer Service Supply Chain or Operations.

• You havestrong communicationand organizational skills.

• You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• You enjoy problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment.

• You are proactive eager to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• You have a good command of English both written and spoken.

• You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage.

• You are available to work at least 30 hours per week.

What We Offer

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowazlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months).

• Possibility of employment after completion of the internship program.

• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.

• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of30 hours/week and a maximum of40 hours/week).

• Hybrid work policyallowingyou to work both in the office and remotely.
