How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Mission:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement E&C competitiveness

• Elaborate and implement sourcing strategy leading to qualification of new suppliers while ensuring proper involvement of other E&C functions (Products / Technology Engineering Quality and Project Management)

• Help manage supplier performance with a specific focus on improved delivery time service and product quality HSE and sustainable development performance.

• Contribute to cost delivery time and risk reduction projects while maintaining the required quality

• Support and adhere to implementation strategy for leading cost competitive countries sourcing in assigned category

• Negotiate global contracts as directed by global category management

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate supply agreements for assigned category as directed

• Negotiate and purchase equipment for projects to meet the Project Procurement Plan

• Contribute to category management

• Be involved during Project Proposal phase for assigned category

• Develop Commercial Bid Quotation under Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) consideration

• Recommend selected supplier for Purchase Order

• Lead warranty case clarification / claim management

• Identify track and report key performance indicators

• Provide category input / support to other E&C functions such as Project Management Sales and Business Development Products/Technology

• Provide accuracy and timeliness of reports

• Support deployment of ERP as per the agreed milestones

• Formalize supplier back charges and penalties

Are you a MATCH

• Masters degree in Engineering or Commercial

• fluent in English (additional Polish French or German language are nice to have)

• working knowledge/experience in the field of contract drafting and contract law project procurement methodologies

• First experience in category management is preferred

• Minimum 5 years procurement experience is needed

• application of strategic supply management tools

• Mastering Microsoft Excel/Google tools

• multi-cultural attitude
