Location

This is a full-time on-site role based in Agoura Hills California. Candidates must be able to work in the office and travel to courts as needed.

Note

Candidates must have an active California Bar license strong litigation experience and the ability to manage court appearances motion practice pleadings depositions and trial preparation. Real estate litigation landlord-tenant eviction collections or related property litigation experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution including pleadings discovery motion practice depositions hearings and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court appearances hearings conferences and related litigation proceedings.
• Draft and argue motions prepare pleadings manage case strategy and support trial work.
• Handle landlord-tenant eviction collections real estate litigation and business dispute matters.
• Work directly with clients to provide practical legal advice case updates and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently and deliver strong client outcomes.
• Analyze facts documents leases contracts title issues and other litigation materials.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism responsiveness and attention to detail in a busy litigation environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license required.
• 4 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Real estate litigation landlord-tenant eviction collections or property dispute experience strongly preferred.
• Strong motion drafting pleading court appearance deposition and litigation case management skills.
• Trial preparation or trial experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Agoura Hills and travel to courts as needed.
• Strong writing communication organization and client-service skills.
