About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials excellent legal writing and analytical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This role offers direct client interaction hands-on litigation experience and ongoing mentorship in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a broad range of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings motions legal memoranda discovery requests and responses and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic case analyses.
• Manage case files while ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Participate in depositions hearings mediations arbitrations and trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients opposing counsel experts and court personnel.
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams to develop effective legal strategies.
• Deliver practical business-focused legal advice while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials and prior litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• A proactive self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
