Job Summary

Our client RibbitZ is looking for Project Manager- IT Case Management to work remotely.

Note : US Citizens Only

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale IT Case Management System implementation for a government client. This is a high-impact long-term engagement where youll drive delivery manage vendor performance and oversee a critical legacy-to-Microsoft Dynamics data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage vendor execution (scope schedule deliverables quality)
Act as the bridge between agency & technology vendor
Lead status reporting risk management & escalation handling
Oversee data migration to Microsoft Dynamics
Ensure project readiness for late June kickoff
Required:
5 years of Project Management experience (vendor oversight)
Experience with complex IT/software implementations
Bachelors Degree
Must be available to start end of June 2026

Preferred:

PMP Certification
Agile Certification (CSM /SAFe)
Microsoft Dynamics experience
Government / court system project background
