Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join a stable fast-paced manufacturing this role you will support production uptime by troubleshooting repairing and maintaining complex electromechanical systems including PLC-controlled equipment hydraulic and pneumatic systems and industrial electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical PLC and electronic control systems on manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Install test and maintain electrical controls panels breakers motors and wiring systems
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics sketches and technical diagrams
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs including replacement of defective components (e.g. brushes armatures)
- Support installation and monitoring of electrical systems for safety performance and compliance
- Conduct layouts assembly installation testing and adjustment of industrial equipment
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance and support cross-functional repairs
- Use CMMS systems to locate parts document work orders and track maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members and may provide guidance to junior technicians
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field (Electrical Mechanical Industrial Maintenance or related)
- 24 years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with PLCs industrial electrical systems hydraulics and pneumatics
- Proficiency using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
- Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods bend stoop and perform manual tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Pre-employment physical drug screen and background check required
