Industrial Electromechanical Technician – 2nd Shift

Shift: MondayThursday 3:00 PM 1:00 AM (2nd Shift)
Pay: $36.79 $41.03/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: $3.25/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5000 upon successful hire

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join a stable fast-paced manufacturing this role you will support production uptime by troubleshooting repairing and maintaining complex electromechanical systems including PLC-controlled equipment hydraulic and pneumatic systems and industrial electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical PLC and electronic control systems on manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Install test and maintain electrical controls panels breakers motors and wiring systems
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics sketches and technical diagrams
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs including replacement of defective components (e.g. brushes armatures)
• Support installation and monitoring of electrical systems for safety performance and compliance
• Conduct layouts assembly installation testing and adjustment of industrial equipment
• Perform basic mechanical maintenance and support cross-functional repairs
• Use CMMS systems to locate parts document work orders and track maintenance activities
• Collaborate with team members and may provide guidance to junior technicians

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field (Electrical Mechanical Industrial Maintenance or related)
• 24 years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with PLCs industrial electrical systems hydraulics and pneumatics
• Proficiency using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
• Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods bend stoop and perform manual tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Pre-employment physical drug screen and background check required
