Production Supervisor (1st & 2nd Shift)

2nd Shift

• Base Salary: $110000 - $120000
• Annual Bonus: $2000
• Additional 10% Shift Differential on base salary
• Schedule: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety quality productivity and employee development while ensuring production schedules are achieved.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience supervising assembly fabrication welding or metal manufacturing teams. You will work closely with engineering maintenance procurement logistics and plant leadership to improve operational performance and build a high-performing workforce.

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations across assembly and fabrication teams.
• Lead production planning staffing scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Ensure production targets quality standards and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
• Identify production issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing 5S continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coach mentor and develop Team Leaders and production employees.
• Monitor KPIs and production metrics to improve efficiency and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering Maintenance Quality Procurement and Logistics to resolve production challenges.
• Support hiring onboarding training and performance management of production staff.
• Maintain compliance with company policies quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience in one or more of the following:
  • Assembly
  • Metal Fabrication
  • Welding
  • Industrial Manufacturing
• At least 4 years of supervisory or production leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling manpower planning and shop floor operations.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing 5S Continuous Improvement and quality initiatives.
• Strong leadership communication and employee coaching skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and manufacturing or production management systems.

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Operations or a related field.
