Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance systems projects including project planning timeline management feasibility studies user requirements gathering UAT coordination and delivery of training and documentation.
- Support Finance systems and process enhancement initiatives including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solution development maintenance and support services efficiently and effectively.
- Understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements; participate in the development and delivery of IT solutions that align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management system development and implementation. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a System Analyst role.
- Hands-on experience implementing finance-related projects such as accounting and budgeting processes and financial reporting.
- Experience working with external vendors and business stakeholders/users.
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel (including formulas).
- Experience supporting implementation activities and executing enhancement projects.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable outcomes.
- Demonstrated project management interpersonal and (where applicable) team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills; proficient in English and Chinese/Mandarin.
