What will you do as a Total Rewards Manager at Sealed Air
As a Total Rewards Manager at Sealed Air you will support our business functions across LATAM by acting as a strategic individual contributor partnering closely with HR Business Partners HR Operations and the Global Total Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness (TR&OE) team. You will drive competitive and efficient compensation and benefits strategies while identifying opportunities to improve processes and elevate the overall employee experience across the region.
Why do we need you
- Lead comprehensive salary benchmarking across LATAM markets to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity while considering country-specific business needs labor markets regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
- Own and continuously refine salary structures across multiple countries in the region.
- Evaluate job descriptions and provide strategic data-driven recommendations for compensation decisions.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders across LATAM to ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines in accordance with local requirements.
- Drive and support the execution of the annual compensation planning cycle for LATAM.
- Coordinate and support benefits renewals across different LATAM geographies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for total rewards-related queries across LATAM.
- Contribute to regional and global Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.
- Educate and influence internal stakeholders on LATAM compensation strategies governance and processes.
- Build dashboards and reports to support strategic workforce and compensation decisions at the regional level.
- Support compensation-related system implementations and enhancements (SuccessFactors salary survey tools etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement in compensation governance and employee experience.
What skills will help you succeed
- Strong expertise in total rewards including compensation and benefits design and execution.
- Deep understanding of LATAM compensation regulations and labor legislation.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel data analysis tools (Power BI preferred) and HCMs (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Experience with salary benchmarking and compensation structures.
- Knowledge of job evaluation and leveling methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to operate independently manage competing priorities and work with a high sense of ownership and urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to be based in one of the following locations: Mexico City Mexico; Jaguariúna Brazil; Bogotá Colombia; Quilmes Argentina; or Santiago Chile.
