About the Role

Your scope and responsibilities will look as follows:
Payroll & HR Administration
Own and oversee end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Act as the main point of contact for employees and our payroll provider.
Ensure smooth compliant and efficient HR administrative processes.
Employee Records & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts amendments benefits absences etc.).
Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
Provide regular HR reporting (headcount absenteeism HR metrics).
HR Projects & Process Improvement
Lead and deliver HR projects (implementation of new tools systems or policies).
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes.
Support and drive comp&ben processes and projects (salary reviews bonus cycles benchmarking benefits administration).
Partner with leadership to ensure competitive and scalable reward structures.
Monitor market trends and recommend improvements.
HR Business Partnering
Advice support challenge leadership in day-to-day people management of their teams.
Point of contact for wellbeing matters.
Help us shape our future HR strategy & vision.
Your Profile
You have /- 5 years of experience.
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch French and English.
You are proficient with HRIS and have an advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Protime Strobbo and the SD Worx tool are considered as an asset.
You are able to manage full payroll cycles independently.
You have an in-depth understanding of payroll regulations and social legislation
You are detail-oriented and a real team player.
