We are seeking an expert and results-driven Condition Monitoring leader to supervise and manage a team of Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMAs) responsible for improving the health reliability and performance of Caterpillar equipment fleets. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in large mining construction or wastehandling equipment who is ready to lead people while remaining closely connected to realworld operations and customer outcomes.
In this position you will lead daily CMA activities working directly with dealers customers and internal partners to maximize machine availability reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) and minimize unplanned downtime. You will ensure the delivery of highquality maintenance and repair recommendations oversee monitored fleet performance metrics and drive consistent execution across the team. Unlike traditional leadership roles removed from operations this position remains actively engaged in technical problemsolving and customer collaboration.
Additionally the role is accountable for advancing condition monitoring processes analytics and tools while supporting CMA development utilization and team growth. By combining technical expertise people leadership and a strong customer focus this role delivers measurable improvements in fleet reliability operational performance and overall value to Caterpillar customers.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a fleet monitoring team consisting of6-10 Condition Monitoring Advisorsbased in Monterrey Mexico ensuring timely execution and high-quality outputs.
- Deliver condition monitoring performance expectations forquality velocity and valueacross Job Site Solutions (JSS) PA Managed sites Strategic Accounts dealers and Cat customers.
- Partner with the Condition Monitoring Deployment team to plan and executenew site coverage and coverage adjustments.
- Conduct regularperformance reviewswith process partners and customers and drive internal communication of condition monitoring wins and value delivered.
- Collaborate withglobal condition monitoring teamsto develop share and implement best practices.
- Establish standard work and leadcontinuous process improvementacross all CMA activities.
- Provide oversight of analytical practices to ensureaccuracy consistency and early detectionof emerging machine issues.
- Ensure the CMA team effectively leveragesCaterpillar purpose-built condition monitoring toolsto maximize uptime and customer value.
- Maintain expertise across allfive elements of Condition Monitoring while building depth and capability within the team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes introduce new analytics and advanceproactive and predictive maintenance strategiesthrough the CMAs daily work.
- Managerecruitment retention onboarding and skills developmentfor Condition Monitoring Advisors.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related to the field
- Advanced English

- Problem Solving:Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Relationship Management:Ability to operate in customer-facing environments building trust with dealers and customers andmaintainingstrong long-term partnerships.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
- Expert withequipment management strategies and enabling technologies.
- Strong understanding of the technical application and operational aspects oflarge earthmoving and mining products.
- Prior knowledge of adealer- or customer-facing role(e.g. technical field rep sales ASR account manager).
- Formal leadership expertise or demonstrated informal leadership throughcross-functional initiatives(e.g. project management CPI product development or field roles).

- This role will be based onsite in Santa Maria Monterrey N.L.
- Domestic and international travel up to 10%
