Ravenscroft is seeking a motivated and collaborative Assistant Athletic Director for Technical Services and Student-Athlete Leadership. This full-time exempt position supports the technical and operational functions of a thriving K12 athletic department.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
What Youll Do
- Manage key athletic technology platforms including HUDL and MaxPreps.
- In conjunction with the Sports Information Director collaborate on the Athletic Departments website and digital communications including but not limited to reporting final competition results and featuring stories on teams athletes and alumni.
- Oversee and coordinate the Student-Athlete Leadership Training (SALT) Program.
- Assist the Director of Athletics in the recruitment retention mentoring and evaluation of coaches across all sports.
- In conjunction with the Sports information Director assist with game day operations sports photography video production and sports banquets.
- Coordinate scoreboard operations facility scheduling and Finley Center requests.
- Currently hold or will obtain CDL within 6 months of employment and oversee the CDL program including driving the 24 -passenger activity bus.
- Maintain active coaching responsibilities in a minimum of one sport.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience leading or contributing to a comprehensive athletic program as an Assistant Athletic Director or higher.
- Bachelors degree in Physical Education Recreation Kinesiology or a related field.
- Strong communication and computer skills including proficiency with web-based platforms and digital tools.
- Valid CDL with school bus endorsement or the ability to obtain one within six months of employment
- Certification or previous experience in Strength Training Nutrition or Sports Medicine.
- Experience coaching and willingness to coach a minimum of two sports.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Preferred
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Asana or similar).
- Familiarity with HUDL MaxPreps or similar athletic platforms.
- Previous experience in a K12 or independent school environment.
- Masters degree in Athletic Administration Physical Education Education or a related field.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role is based on Ravenscrofts campus and includes work in classrooms gymnasiums athletic facilities outdoor fields and shared community spaces. The position requires the ability to move throughout campus lead physical and activity-based instruction use athletic and instructional technology regularly and communicate effectively with students coaches parents and colleagues. Regular evening and weekend responsibilities are required for games and events. Driving a school activity bus is a regular expectation of this role.
