Job Summary
- Bachelors degree or HND in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years experience in operations production coordination or project management preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/production management tools.
- Candidates must reside within areas close to Onikan Lagos Island or be willing to commute conveniently.
- Coordinate production schedules and workflow to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material requirements.
- Liaise with tailors vendors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
- Track production progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure customer specifications are met.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support the management team in achieving operational and business objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/production management tools is an added advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Candidates must reside within areas close to Onikan Lagos Island or be willing to commute conveniently.
