DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager Field Continuous Improvement.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingas DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

The Sr. Manager Field Continuous Improvementis responsible forleading and scaling continuous improvement initiatives across fieldbased commercial and customerfacing operations. This role plays a critical part in improving operational efficiency enhancing customer experience and driving consistent execution across the field. The position partners closely with Sales Customer Service Operations and Global Services leaders toidentifyopportunities implement sustainable improvements and embed a culture of continuous improvement aligned with DePuy Synthes business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy design and execution of field continuous improvement initiatives across commercial and customerfacing operations.

  • Identifyprocess inefficiencies performance gaps and customer pain points using data insights and field feedback.

  • Partner with Sales Customer Service Operations Finance and Global Services teams to drive crossfunctional improvements.

  • Develop and implement standardized processes tools and best practices to improve field effectiveness and consistency.

  • Lead complex multisite improvement programs and ensure sustainable adoption of changes.

  • Define andmonitorkey performance indicators to track progressbenefitsrealization and operational impact.

  • Coach and influence leaders and stakeholders on continuous improvement methodologies and change management.

  • Prepare and deliver executivelevel updates insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelors degree in Business Operations Engineering Supply Chain ora relatedfield.

  • Preferred: Masters degree (MBA or equivalent).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 810 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement operational excellence field operations or related functions.

  • Demonstrated experience leading largescale crossfunctional improvement initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in a matrixed organization.

  • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting fieldbased sales or customer service organizations.

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices healthcare or life sciences.

  • Familiarity with CRM ERP or performance management tools.

  • Experience leading change management and adoption efforts.

  • Advanced Lean or Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).

  • Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills.

Other

  • Language: English (required).

  • Travel: Up to 20% primarily domestic with limited international travel.

  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence certifications (preferred).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122000.00 - $212750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
