Job Summary
Position Summary:
As a key member of the BNI Finance team the Analyst Strategic Finance provides analysis and reporting to assist in managing the P&L forecast and performance metrics for BNIs business and market leaders. The individual will understand drivers of the business and provide leadership with accurate timely and relevant information. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of forecasting cost planning day-to-day finance support for leadership and assist with broader Financial Planning and Analysis topics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring financials are accurately projected
- Preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial presentations
- Preparing revenue forecast / outlook
- Assisting in cost planning cost reporting and budgeting from start to finish
- Collaborating with a wide variety of business partners including international market leaders
- Completing ad hoc requests and perform other duties as needed in a timely manner
- Providing support / transparency to market leaders on customer acquisition and retention (among other revenue drivers)
- Playing flexible role within Finance team as reporting needs and initiatives evolve

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Finance Accounting Economics Businessor1-3 years of finance-related experience (experience in professional services environment a plus)
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Word
- Strong problem solving / analytical skills and sound judgment
- Proactive / resourceful mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to effectively multi-task prioritize and perform within a fast-paced demanding environment

- Experience with BI applications (Power BI Tableau etc.) a plus
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
