SAP Functional Business Analyst – Field Service Systems

This is a remote position.

If you enjoy shaping how field technicians dispatch teams and operations leaders work every day this role puts you at the center of a major digital transformation. Youll help a regulated utility modernize its workforce systems by moving from legacy ClickSoftware tools to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM).

Youll partner directly with business users translate real operational workflows into clean SAP functional designs and influence how the entire field service ecosystem operates going forward.

• Lead blueprinting workshops with dispatch field crews and operations leadership to map real-world field workflows.
  

• Convert business rules into structured functional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
  

• Align field operations with SAP PM and ISU ensuring asset billing and maintenance data flow cleanly across the enterprise.
  

• Configure SAP FSM and guide functional testing partnering closely with business teams during UAT.
  

• Serve as the functional bridge between legacy ClickSoftware logic and modern SAP field service architecture.
  

• Utility Operations Experience (5 years): You understand regulated environments field safety emergency response and dispatch priorities.
  

• Legacy ClickSoftware Knowledge: Experience with ClickSchedule ClickMobile or CFSE scheduling logic.
  

• SAP FSM / SSAM Exposure: Hands-on functional configuration or deployment experience.
  

• Strong Business-Facing Skills: Blueprinting requirements gathering facilitation no coding required.
  

• Hybrid Work Style: Comfortable working remotely with monthly on-site collaboration in Irvine.
