Job Summary
The Strategic Brand Manager is responsible for driving consistent profitable growth by achieving and exceeding sales objectives within designated accounts. The Strategic Brand Manager partners with high-revenue account(s) to develop programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections. The Strategic Brand Manager clearly understands the needs of the clients and provides innovative solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving revenue growth by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.
Independently creating and managing account strategies to deliver on sales goals to enable top-line growth gain share and maximize profitability.
Utilizing global account management processes to plan and execute on key account strategies and initiatives.
Leveraging strong client relationships to partner with clients in the pursuit of new opportunities and guide clients in strategic decision-making.
Initiating and coordinating the product development process from client briefing to final approval deployment and order acceptance.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
3 years of practical sales experience with quota responsibility market development account planning and client engagement.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Significant apparel industry and large retailer experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience.
Additional Information :
The salary range for this position is $89850- $134176/ year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range and in some circumstances may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant skills experience education and training and location as well as the job scope and complexity responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position which may change depending on the candidate pool.
