Buffalo Trace Distillery is a family-owned company based in Franklin County Kentucky whose rich distilling tradition dates back to 1787. Buffalo Trace is a fully operational distillery producing bourbon rye and vodka on site and is listed on the National Historic Register. Buffalo Trace has been awarded seven distillery titles since 2000 and has also garnered more than 150 awards for its premium whiskies.
Job Description/Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions in the Craft Bottling Departments related to the Blantons and Sazerac Barrel Select label preparation process; tracks upcoming production needs tracks component inventories prepares components for the production teams in accordance with the production schedules and coordinates tasks for a small team of temporary employees.

Qualifications
- Successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Strong oral & written communication
Planning and organizational skills
Mathematical skills
Analytical technical and have problem solving skills
Must have a strong computer acumen
Requires proficiency in Microsoft office products
Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred
APICS Certification or Six Sigma Certifications are a plus
