What Youll Do

• Greet customers and build strong first impressions
• Listen to vehicle concerns and accurately document needs
• Present clear repair recommendations and estimates
• Communicate effectively between technicians and customers
• Provide updates throughout the repair process
• Handle concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Manage workflow using shop software systems
• Help drive customer satisfaction and service sales goals

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive repair shop
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair workflows
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a busy fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital shop management systems
• Valid drivers license

Compensation & Benefits

• $75000 $130000 per year (performance-based earning potential)
