The Executive Director Corporate Services is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to fulfil a temporary parental leave contract opportunity until 31 May 2027.
As the Executive Assistant you will provide high-level executive and administrative support within a complex and fastpaced Directorate.
This role supports the Executive Director by managing a diverse and confidential range of administrative and coordination activities. Key to your success will be to use your initiative sound judgement strong organisational skills and knowledge of Council and Committee processes along with a thorough understanding of CNs policies and procedures. You will play a key role in maintaining seamless executive operations anticipating requirements and responding proactively to competing priorities.
Acting as a central interface between the Executive Director and other members of the Executive Leadership team Executive Managers the CEOs Office internal staff and external stakeholders you will deliver consistently high standards of customer service and issue management. This includes triaging matters appropriately and implementing suitable courses of action to achieve timely and professional outcomes.
The role requires a high degree of independence and accountability with responsibility for managing projects coordinating information and supporting executive decisionmaking. At times you will work under pressure balancing a wide variety of activities while handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion professionalism and integrity.
This internal only opportunity will suit an existing CN employee with strong executive support experience or demonstrated capability.

Remuneration: $107672.94 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
