David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Polish speaking Ad Sales Specialist to join their team in Greece.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with existing clients via phone chat and email in a professional and consultative manner
Manage inbound warm leads and outbound outreach activities with timely follow-up
Identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored advertising solutions based on client needs
Analyse optimise and manage digital marketing campaigns to improve business performance
Monitor campaign performance metrics and proactively identify optimisation opportunities
Support clients in maximising the effectiveness of advertising products and services
Escalate complex matters to relevant specialists or support teams when needed
Deliver excellent customer experience while achieving sales and performance targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or near-native Polish speaker with fluent English skills (minimum B2 level)
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
Goal-oriented with the ability to work towards KPIs and targets
Tech-savvy with good IT literacy and interest in digital technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask prioritise workload and adapt quickly
Self-driven individual able to work independently and within a team environment.
