Job purpose:
Responsible for the delivery of Haleons performance in his/her area of responsibility on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Generate revenue and drive sales for Haleon by identifying/targeting the customer needs while maximizing their potential.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering the sell-in sell-out and visibility targets in the managed area.
Drive the execution of the all in-store initiatives to maximize availability and visibility such as agreeing new category management layouts increasing the MSL and distribution strengthening the visibility placements that all go towards driving sell-out and market shares.
Use the right set of tech tools (e.g. CRM Trax) to enhance Haleons productivity.
Responsible for the timely and coordinated customers orders based on accurate forecasting and delivery.
Effective setting of promotional materials in store. Constant interaction with the customer marketing teams.
Provide insights to the line manager and the customer marketing team on market trends and on the competitive landscape.
Understands the RTM and the SFE KPIs identifies opportunities and raises proposals of improvement on the field.
Deep understanding of the products and services they are offering.

Requirements:
University Degree preferably in Economics/ Business Administration
Native Language (Greek) and fluency in English
1-3 years experience in Field Sales.
Strong commercial acumen.
Passionate about customers/consumers.
Strong negotiation/influencing skills. Ability to build to relationships.
Results driven resilience problem solving and decision making.
