The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and strategic healthcare leader to join a growing organisation delivering high-quality person-centred care services across the island of Ireland.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Head of Services to lead operational excellence service growth compliance and quality improvement across a portfolio of residential supported living and specialist care services.

This is a senior leadership role with genuine opportunity to influence organisational direction support service expansion and drive positive outcomes for the people supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality person-centred care services across multiple locations

  • Drive operational performance service development and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coach and support Service Managers to achieve excellent outcomes

  • Ensure services remain fully compliant with all relevant regulatory and governance frameworks

  • Lead audits quality assurance processes and improvement plans

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators commissioners and key stakeholders

  • Monitor KPIs budgets and organisational objectives

  • Support tender submissions mobilisation and growth of new services

  • Promote a culture of accountability learning and excellence across teams

About You

You will be an experienced senior leader within health and social care who is passionate about delivering outstanding services and developing high-performing teams.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 4 years senior management experience within health & social care

  • Experience managing multi-site services and operational managers

  • Strong background in compliance governance and regulated services

  • Proven experience working with regulators and external stakeholders

  • Experience supporting service development and organisational growth

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse Social Work qualification Allied Health Professional qualification or equivalent

  • Postgraduate qualification in Leadership Management or related field desirable

  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
