Virtual Assistant CRM Email Campaigns
Part-Time Remote Salary: $1100 - $1300
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support CRM operations by managing the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns. This role is focused on translating campaign plans into structured briefs building emails conducting quality assurance and preparing campaigns for final approval.
The ideal candidate has experience in email marketing is highly organized and can execute campaigns with precision while adhering to brand and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Briefing
- Review and interpret weekly and monthly trade plans including offers themes and messaging
- Translate campaign plans into clear structured email briefs
- Submit briefs for review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
- Finalize briefs in alignment with campaign objectives
Email Build & Setup
- Build 23 email campaigns per week using a block-based email builder
- Ensure emails align with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Configure content links and any dynamic elements as required
Platform Management
- Execute campaigns using CRM and email marketing platforms including:
- Dyspatch (email creation and block building)
- Iterable
- Maintain organized workflows and campaign assets within platforms
Testing & Quality Assurance (QA)
- Conduct thorough QA checks prior to submission including:
- Content accuracy and formatting
- Link functionality
- Cross-device rendering (mobile and desktop)
- Identify and resolve issues before final handover
Campaign Handover
- Deliver fully built and tested campaigns for final approval and scheduling
- Ensure all campaign components meet required standards and timelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM email marketing or a similar role
- Experience with email platforms such as Iterable Braze Klaviyo or similar
- Familiarity with block-based email builders (e.g. Dyspatch or equivalent tools)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of email performance metrics (e.g. open rate click-through rate)
- Experience working with structured campaign calendars or trade plans
- Exposure to QA processes for email campaigns
Working Hours & Commitment
- Part-time: Approximately 1 to 1.5 days per week
- Expected workload: 23 email campaigns per week
- Flexible working hours with availability aligned to campaign deadlines
Reporting & Collaboration
- Reports directly to the Senior CRM Manager
- Collaborates on campaign briefs and revisions
- Responsible for communicating progress flagging issues and meeting agreed timelines
