One of Europes fastestgrowing techenabled home care providers is looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Branch Manager to lead a highperforming domiciliary care branch. This is a fastpaced growthfocused role where youll be backed by strong operational quality and digital support.
The role
Lead daytoday branch operations and ensure safe personcentred care
Oversee assessments risk management and personalised care planning
Maintain full compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
Manage budgets utilisation and financial performance
Drive branch growth and service development
Build strong relationships with local authorities and community partners
Lead support and develop a highperforming care team
What youll bring
Experience as a Registered Manager Branch Manager or strong Deputy
NVQ Level 5 (or willingness to work towards it)
Strong understanding of CQC safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership and peoplemanagement skills
Confidence using digital care systems and adopting new technology
Ability to manage performance solve problems and make sound decisions
