Job Summary

Are you passionate about building strong partnerships to support victims of crime Join Catch22 as a Partnerships Manager at Greater Manchester Victim Service (GMVS) and play a key role in strengthening relationships with statutory third sector and voluntary organisations to enhance service delivery for victims.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to expand and improve victim support services.

  • Represent Catch22s interests at multi-agency meetings ensuring victim-centred outcomes.

  • Monitor partner organisations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Promote Catch22s work through presentations training and engagement with professionals and communities.

  • Support service development through collaboration with external agencies assisting with system improvements and best practices.


Qualifications :

Were looking for someone with excellent communication organisational and networking skills capable of working flexibly and managing multiple stakeholder relationships. If you have experience in multi-agency work victim services or supporting vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • GCSE-level English and Maths (minimum).

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.

  • Understanding of victim and witness services social exclusion and safeguarding.

  • Strong IT skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.

Additional Requirements: Successful post-holders will need to have a full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes. The NPPV (non-police personnel vetting) check also requires that the post-holder has lived in the UK for the past 3 years with a few exceptions. 

Contract: 12-month Fixed term contract

Hours & work pattern: Full time 37.5 hours per week. 

Salary: 31200

Career Family & Scale: Operations Team Leader  National

Location: You will spend 1-2 days per week in GMP HQ Newton Heath. The remainder of your time will be split between remote working in the community.
