Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive top-of-the-funnel growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers generating leads and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build a career in SaaS sales and business development.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and target markets
Generate leads through cold calling email outreach LinkedIn and other channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
Understand customer pain points and communicate Doqfys value proposition effectively
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of SaaS business models
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Good organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus
