We are seeking an Expert-level Esri Technical Lead / Technical Project Manager to provide technical expertise for an ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 upgrade Utility Network migration and Oracle ATP transition for a major Canadian gas utility. The role demands proven delivery of complex federated ArcGIS environments Utility Network sequential upgrades Oracle ATP geodatabases and FME Flow integrations. You will manage platform-wide technical risks oversee enterprise system reconnections coordinate third-party vendors approve offshore deliverables and lead all environment cutovers through production go-live and AMS handover.

Own technical risk management for the full environment including UN upgrade sequencing Oracle ATP migration script compatibility and integration reconnection
Govern the reconnection of all six integrated business systems (Maximo Salesforce CIS OFS OAC ArcGIS Online) and coordinate with third-party vendors where applicable
Track and resolve client-side infrastructure dependencies including Azure VM provisioning Okta SAML configuration and web adaptor setup
Approve all technical deliverables from offshore team members prior to client submission
Lead go-live and rollback decision-making at each environment cutover including Production
Ensure AMS support team readiness before hypercare period closes
