Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Lead Engineer with deep Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter expertise to guide configuration integration and solution design for an insurance technology delivery team in Toronto. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical skills with team leadership and stakeholder communication experience.
What youll do
- Lead configuration and integration work across Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
- Design and implement integration points using REST and SOAP APIs
- Build and lead a development team providing technical direction and mentorship
- Drive solution design and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Support delivery using cloud-native architecture and integration best practices
What you bring
- 8 years of experience in configuration and/or integration with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter
- Guidewire certification in PolicyCenter configuration (ACE) or Guidewire Integration (ACE)
- Experience with cloud-native APIs and integration patterns including REST and SOAP
- Proven experience building and leading a development team
- Strong hands-on experience in solution design and stakeholder communication
Nice to have
- Knowledge of other Guidewire suite applications
- Experience with newer release functionalities such as Integration Gateway App Events or Autopilot
Work setup
- Onsite in Toronto ON 4 days per week
- Contract role
- English proficiency required
