Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users supply chain manufacturing and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot item-related issues across ERP systems and integrated platforms (e.g. PDH PLM).
- Support data migration cleansing and enrichment activities during ERP upgrades or implementations.
- Participate in UAT system testing and production deployments related to item data changes.
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between authoring systems and transactional systems.
Required Qualifications:
- No of yrs experience : 4yrs
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role with hands-on ERP experience.
- Strong understanding of ERP Item Master concepts including attributes and categories.
- Experience with Oracle R12 SAP or other ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with Product Data Hub (PDH) PLM or MDM systems is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PLSQL
- Strong expertise on the Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
