Technical Project Manager (TPM) – Information Security

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex initiatives within the Information Security Engineering program. This role will drive execution across multiple engineering workstreams ensuring alignment with security strategy and timely delivery. The TPM will collaborate closely with security engineering SOC cloud infrastructure and application teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning execution and delivery of security engineering programs
Align initiatives with organizational goals and timelines
Translate security requirements into structured project plans and deliverables
Develop and manage project plans roadmaps schedules and risk registers
Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and resource constraints
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security SOC Cloud Infra Apps)
Drive accountability resolve conflicts and maintain project momentum
Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and leadership updates
Ensure transparency via reporting dashboards and communication plans
Support change management initiatives

Required Skills:
8 years of experience in technical or security project management
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum Kanban or hybrid methodologies
Experience managing complex multi-team enterprise projects
Expertise in project planning risk management and reporting
Strong communication skills (technical executive level)
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects

Certifications:
PMP Certification Mandatory
Security certifications like CompTIA Security Nice to have

Preferred Experience:
Utility / Energy domain (highly preferred)
Telecom or Government experience (secondary preference)
Experience in security transformation programs or cross-org initiatives
