Job Summary
TPM-Cartography
Location: Foster City CA
- Manage a team of cartographers responsible for map creation
- Manage day-to-day mapping operations
- Participate in resource planning and tracking the progress
- Create quarterly and long-term plans establish and monitor KPIs
- Become a knowledge expert on OEM mapping content pipeline
- Constantly review processes for efficiency and assess the standards for the content deliverables
- Motivate and mentor direct reports to execute and deliver road network content to high standards
Qualifications
- Atleast 3 years experience in people management with 10yrs of experience in automotive domain
- Experience in map production or map content validation
- Understanding of GIS systems and data
- Experience with planning scheduling and executing cross-functional projects
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
