About the Role:

A well-established mid-sized insurance defense firm in Alpharetta is looking to add a motivated Associate Attorney to its growing this role you will work closely with an experienced partner and gain hands-on exposure to workers compensation litigation. You ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your cases conduct depositions participate in mediations and directly contribute to case strategy.

This position offers a strong platform for attorneys who want to deepen their litigation experience while building meaningful client relationships with insurance carriers adjusters and self-insured employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a caseload focused on workers compensation matters
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in mediations
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated partner on litigation strategy
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver high-quality legal services with a strong focus on client experience

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid legal knowledge with litigation experience
• Background in workers compensation defense preferred
• Experience as a Public Defender Assistant District Attorney or Solicitor is a plus
• Detail-oriented proactive and client-focused
• Outgoing and dynamic personality
